I purchased my Big Green Egg this weekend, got it assembled, then Smoked a beautiful Turkey last night. Delicious. It didn't taste as good the second time, or even the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, or eighth.
I'm guessing I did something wrong in Prep, becasue everyone else is fine. Yikes, I won't want a turkey for a long time now.
