I ran 2 miles today.
A few months ago I tried to do the Couch 2 5k program and failed at week 4. I just couldn't make it through that week. So I instead fell back to walking and boosted the incline to maximum, and gradually increased my speed while keeping my heart rate up. This morning, I decided on a whim to see how long I could run now expecting to be able to go 5 minutes, but I was able to run my entire 25 minute session.
So it was good to get pumped about this as I've hit a plateau on my weight loss at around 50 pounds.
