It is like pulling teeth to get me to post updates, but here are some things I've found that were cool:
Andy, Jose, and I went to Dragon*Con a few weeks ago. That was pretty fun even though we didn't get to spend much time.
I have been spending lots of time on the Forums of Jim Butcher's website discussing the minutia of the Dresden Files. I read the 2 published short stories to complete all of the published material. Best stuff I've read in quite a while. I also just re-read Going Postal, the Terry Pratchett novel, since the next in that series is coming out next week.
I've also been heavily trolling the GM Volt fan site. and AutoBlogGreen. I desperately want an electric car. Also a cool find from the Woz, is a great new house construction method from a company called Enertia. I'm not really that green per se, but I am a huge fan of efficiency and self-sufficiency.
I've been playing WoW some, but the big game lately is Travian. That game is very addictive. Also I've been studying the Pen-and-Paper RPG Spirit of the Century
, which is the made by the same people who are developing the upcoming Dresden Files RPG. Both are based on the FATE open RPG system. Looks like it might be pretty fun. I'm going to try to get a game going with George, Vic and Phillip as soon as possible.
